1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on candle, diffuser, melt, refill, or merchandise purchases once the order has been completed.
We recommend reviewing scent descriptions and product details carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at farmtowick@gmail.com and include:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will replace the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost.
Replacements are issued for the same item and scent originally ordered.
3. Event Payments
All event reservations must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Event payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend an event, please email us as soon as possible. We may permit a one-time transfer to another eligible event, depending on availability.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, tracking and delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier

Delivery to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
If an issue occurs, we will assist you in opening a carrier claim when possible.
